Excel was formed from a desire to provide true property management for luxury communities. After many years as the President of my Association, I felt that there should be more available to Boards and communities. With knowledge of interior design, landscaping, and building it was a natural transition. Understanding construction, electrical and plumbing helps with vendor relations and makes for strong negotiating skills.
In 2010 Excel was formed and has created strong partnerships with the communities it represents.
Excel's goal is to provide short and long term plans for finance and curb appeal that helps to increase property values. We continually provide ideas to Board members and residents so they can make good decisions. We visit properties seven days per week. We visit at night so we can see an entirely different perspective.
Kevin is an IT specialist and has background in developing financial platforms for hospitals, manufacturers and distributors. Kevin assists Boards in all aspects of financial management. He makes recommendations for the allocation of reserve funds and makes investments for the Boards to keep Association assets secure and making interest. Kevin keeps a keen eye on budgeting and forecasting and together with Frank create budget recommendations for the Boards.
Brooke has strong interpersonal skills and acts as a resident contact and a vendor liaison. She directs our maintenance and janitorial staff on a daily basis. Vendor scheduling and research is an integral part of her responsibilities.

We will assist in creating applications for purchasing and leasing and develop new owner information booklets that makes new residents welcome and understanding of the rules and procedures. We will keep the Board current on legislative changes that will have an effect on your community.
We will review your documents to have a strong understanding of community structure. We will make recommendations for improvements and keep up with legal changes that will apply to the community. We have strong relationships with several attorney's that provide legal help when needed.
